Filerse’yi kullanma koşulları.
Bu koşullar Filerse uygulamasını ve Filerse Pro aboneliğini kullanmanızı düzenler. Uygulamayı kurup kullandığınızda bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Filerse’yi PratikKasa sunar. Sorularınız için: support@filerse.com.
Uygulama
Filerse dosyalarınızı cihazınızda açar, düzenler, dönüştürür ve arar; hesap açmanız gerekmez. Size uygulamayı kişisel olarak, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan biçimde kullanma hakkı veriyoruz. Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı biçimde kullanamaz, yasanın izin verdiği durumlar dışında kaynak koduna çevirmeye çalışamazsınız.
Dosyalarınız
Dosyalarınız sizindir. Filerse onları cihazınızda işler ve hiçbir yere göndermez; ayrıntısı gizlilik politikasında. Filerse sürüm ve çöp tutar ama bir yedekleme hizmeti değildir: önemli dosyalarınızın yedeğini almak sizin elinizdedir.
Filerse Pro
Pro, Google Play üzerinden satılan, kendiliğinden yenilenen bir aboneliktir: aylık ya da yıllık. Fiyat ve dönem satın almadan önce mağazada gösterilir, ödemeyi mağaza alır. Abonelik, dönem bitmeden iptal etmediğiniz sürece aynı süreyle yenilenir. İptal ve yönetim mağaza hesabınızın abonelikler bölümünden yapılır; iptal ettiğinizde Pro, ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar açık kalır. İadeler mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.
Başlangıçtaki fiyat bir lansman fiyatıdır. Fiyat değişirse mağaza sizi önceden bilgilendirir ve kuralları gerektiriyorsa onayınızı ister.
Güncellemeler
Uygulamayı zaman zaman güncelleriz; bir güncelleme özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabilir.
Sorumluluk
Filerse olduğu gibi sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan ve veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici olarak yasadan doğan haklarınız saklıdır.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketicilerin yaşadıkları ülkenin zorunlu tüketici kurallarından doğan hakları saklıdır; Türkiye’deki tüketiciler tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurabilir.
Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar değişirse tarihi de değişir; önemli bir değişikliği uygulamada ya da bu sayfada önceden duyururuz.

The terms for using Filerse.
These terms cover your use of the Filerse app and of the Filerse Pro subscription. By installing and using the app you accept them.
Provider
Filerse is provided by PratikKasa. Questions: support@filerse.com.
The app
Filerse opens, edits, converts and searches your files on your device; you need no account. We give you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the app. You may not use it against the law, nor try to turn it back into source code except where the law allows it.
Your files
Your files are yours. Filerse works on them on your device and sends them nowhere; the detail is in the privacy policy. Filerse keeps versions and a trash, but it is not a backup service: keeping a backup of the files that matter is in your hands.
Filerse Pro
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play: monthly or yearly. The price and the period are shown in the store before you buy, and the store takes the payment. The subscription renews for the same period unless you cancel before the period ends. You cancel and manage it in the subscriptions section of your store account; once cancelled, Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the store’s rules.
The price at the start is a launch price. If it changes, the store tells you in advance and asks for your consent where its rules require it.
Updates
We update the app from time to time; an update may add, change or remove features.
Liability
Filerse is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for lost data. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers keep the rights the mandatory consumer rules of the country they live in give them; consumers in Türkiye may apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
Changes
If these terms change, so does their date; we announce an important change in advance in the app or on this page.
